Fear is generally the motivating factor for all negative acts that you see upon your earth. It is all based on fear of one form or another, fear of not being accepted, fear of not being good enough, fear of being eliminated. Fear is the biggest contributor to the dark side of mankind, followed by anger. Those are the two largest reasons. You [humans] are sometimes carried by the sea of thoughts that comes from the cosmic consciousness. You are sometimes carried by states of action. Those states of action can cause wars and harm to people. Cassandra [medium] was now drawing an important distinction between individual and collective consciousness. On Earth, individuals are influenced by a group consciousness (energy). At this time in our evolution, that consciousness is based largely on fear: fear of death, fear of physical harm, and fear of economic reversal...This energy affects our thoughts and feellings. Because the role and power of the collective consciousness is not well recognized, people tend to see all their fears as self-generated. In truth, they may be tapping into the energy of the collective.
