Terrorists after they cross over will experience what each one of those people that died experienced. They will see the pain, the confusion and agony and they will experience that for each one of those individuals that they destroyed. Their life review will be far more painful than the average individual for they will also see the pain they have created to their families as well as their victim's families. They will experience the emotions and the feelings and a far stronger energy field than those average spirits and souls who cross over. ...suicide bombers appear to go through the same kind of life-review process as do other souls. This may be a long and difficult period, as the spirits have to review not only their own life, but that of those they had harmed., along with the impact their actions have had on others.
pg. 326, 2006The returning energy of some souls will not be sent back into their soul group right away. These are the souls who were contaminated by their physical bodies and became involved with evil acts. Those souls who have been associated with evil are taken to special centers which some clients call "intensive care units"..if their actions were prolonged and especially cruel over a number of lives, this would denote a pattern of wrongful behaviour. A guiding principle in the spirit world is that wrongdoing, intentional or unintentional, on the part of all souls will need to be redressed in some form in a future life. This is not considered punishment or even penance as much as an oppportunity for karmic growth.
